She also moved through Turkey, then into the United States for her higher education and to kick off her career. She spent a short time in the startup space before joining Cisco Systems and today serves as a career coach. Farnoosh takes her experience from being an engineer and project manager to executive communications and sales operations with the tech giant Cisco Systems. Farnoosh Brock is a devoted business and career coach, speaker, corporate trainer and a 4x published author, who loves serving her. global client base. After 18 months at a tech start-up and 12 years at Cisco, she resigned to start my own company in 2011 which she now runs with her husband. She now serves business owners and corporate professional as a coach.

Farnoosh teaches small businesses how to drop a sales agenda and come from a place or serving and not selling. She helps professionals navigate corporate politics, interview, negotiate, and show high performers how to accelerate their career. She is the author of The Serving Mindset: Stop Selling and Grow Your Business, which explains the 5 Mindset Shifts essential to adopting a mindset of genuine service.

You can use industry success metrics and get the highest certification like the Cisco Certified Internet Professional (CCIE), which Farnoosh did obtain.
