Chelle Johnson is a first-generation college graduate that grew up with limiting beliefs, fear, and dysfunction. Through faith, resilience, grit and determination, she held executive leadership roles in Talent Acquisition and HR at Fortune 50 companies such as: Comcast, Lockheed Martin, Quest Diagnostics and Honeywell. She lived and worked in all over the world and helps high achievers and diversity allies amplify their awesome and have abundance in their career and life. We spent time with her on this podcast.

We lead off the conversation framing up the meaning of Positive Intelligence and how it can really help quiet that inner critic in us. There are small ways we can change our mindset and behavior that allow us to change neuropathways in the brain. Start with asking yourself some basic questions:
What am I great at?
What is my purpose?
What am I inspired to do?
How do I want to work in my community?
How can I as a women in tech want to make a difference to impact my community?
